Spring Has Sprung At Konditor & Cook!

 

Spring has officially sprung, and with it comes our wonderful collection of seasonal cakes and bakes!

We’ve given some of our best-loved cakes a botanical inspired update with our Blooming Marvellous Cake piped with lavender and daisies, available in Lemon Chiffon, Chocolate Noisette, Red Velvet, Curly Whirly and Carrot Citrus.

New to the collection are our Gin & Tonic Cake – a gin-soaked sponge topped with fondant icing and a smattering of lime zest – and the Gooseberry & Elderflower Cake – a vanilla sponge infused with elderflower cordial, sandwiched with gooseberry jam and elderflower marscapone frosting.

For lovers of floral flavours, we’ve got Lavender Shortbread. These light cookies are baked with real fresh lavender and rolled in vanilla sugar.

Our Peach & Raspberry Crumble Cake is the ultimate fruity indulgence, with shortbread pastry, sweet peaches, fresh raspberries and a light, crunchy vanilla crumble topping.

A firm favourite amongst Konditor & Cook lovers, the Passion Fizz Cake is back! With a prosecco soaked vanilla sponge, passionfruit puree and a light passionfruit Mascarpone frosting, it’s sunshine in a cake and perfect for any celebration!
