Our authentic recipe for Stollen is handmade from rich yeast dough mixed with dried fruit, hazelnuts, almonds and rum, baked with a moist almond paste centre. Finished with vanilla sugar and a fine dusting of snow sugar. Legend has it that Stollen is a bakers vision of the baby Jesus in his swaddling cloth.
